The Annuity Customer Service Representatives will be taking between 40-60 calls in regards to annuity blocks. Broker Dealers are calling and getting transferred to EXL but the client is Global Atlantic. The Representatives will be working with Amazon Work Space (AWS) and Amazon Connect.
