We are looking for a Maximo Administrator with a strong customer service approach to join us in the exciting work we do in Energy Infrastructure. You will work with internal and external parties at all levels and the technical services team. It’ll be your responsibility to administer Maximo across the entire organization and providing facility-related expertise in asset management. In this position, you also get to act as the point of contact for all asset management related inquiries, management of the databases, and the implementation of any enhancements or modifications to asset management process or Maximo software, along with provide facility related asset management and Maximo support through facility life cycle.

What Else You Get To Do

Technical Expertise

• Support operations, engineering, and project management with updating assets in Maximo and ensuring the integrity of the database is maintained
• Assist management in identifying and interpreting data and outputs obtained from Maximo
• Maximo Troubleshooting support for project execution, operations, and engineering.
• Prioritize and communicate the work/activities that have the greatest impact to the business
• Leading the activities associated with bulk or mass uploads of asset related data
• Develop procedures related to the Asset Management Information System (Maximo)
• Collaborate with all user groups to develop thorough understanding of individual system needs and current practices
• Identify asset management information system opportunities and provide recommendations for the strategic use of Asset Management
• Govern security levels within the asset management system and define levels based on individual roles and responsibilities

Project Management

• Implement capital IT projects, as the project manager or assist IT project Managers as Maximo subject matter expert.
• Act as project manager and project engineer to manage all assign projects, including planning, economics, scheduling, execution, cost tracking, forecasting and project controls
• Provide oversight to third party service providers on Maximo projects
• Provide monthly/bi-weekly project status reports to management (as required)
• Champion project management staged gate process
• Monitor budget and schedule for assigned projects and provide monthly reporting

Training and Leadership

• Prioritize work related to area of responsibility as needed to meet objectives and goals (using available contractors)
• Provide Training or Educational opportunities to EI staff (engineering, operations, marketing, commercial, management etc.)

Who You Are:

• Minimum Highschool diploma. College diploma preferred
• 3 to 5 years of Experience with Databases, data sorting, data cleaning, analytics, and data visualization
• Demonstrated ability to function independently, take initiative and function with a high degree of professionalism.
• Well-developed interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated resourcefulness and the ability to work as an effective team member.
• Ability to prioritize conflicting demands.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present critical information to field operations and company management in a simple and concise manner.
• Ability to multi-task and work within a fast-paced environment while remaining flexible and steadfast.
• Experience with Maximo (preferred) but experience with other Maintenance Management systems or tools may be considered as well.
• Basic understanding and experience with Database management, including data collecting, sorting, cleaning, and visualization.
