Atlantic Health System is Seeking an Internal Medicine Physician for a Great Opportunity in Northern New Jersey

Atlantic Health System, one of the largest non-profit healthcare networks in New Jersey, is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join the Internal Medicine Faculty Associates in Morristown Medical Center. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and skilled internal medicine physician to join a busy group with a well-established patient panel and robust support staff. With a Monday-Friday work schedule, some weekends, and minimal call, this position allows for an ideal work/life balance.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have interest in teaching and working in an academic setting. Responsibilities include prompt and complete attention to all patient care needs including diagnosis, treatment, and the performance of medical procedures (within their scope of practice). The provider will also be responsible for the provision of internal medicine services and is expected to deliver comprehensive medical care to patients and engage in clinical care.

Qualifications

• BE/BC by the American Board of Internal Medicine

• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New Jersey

• Ability to perform pelvic exams is required

• Experience in administering joint injections, skin biopsy, trigger point injections is a plus

• Demonstrated success working individually and as part of a team
