Atrium Staffing Hiring for Administrative Office Manager at Fort Lauderdale, FL Full Time

Our client is a large and well-know international private equity company. They are looking for an Administrative Office Manager to support several offices and manage a large team of Administrative Professionals. This position requires prior experience managing a team and knowledge of Administrative/Executive Assistant duties.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$110,000 – $115,000

Position Overview:

The ideal Administrative Office Manager has previous experience leading a large group of administrative and support team members. The Administrative Office Manager must have strong communication and leadership skills. The ideal candidate should be efficient and comfortable working with multiple people on multiple projects.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Office Manager:

• Manage a large group of support team members (receptionists, administrative assistants, executive assistants, and facilities team) across 4 offices
• Organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety
• Oversee and manage office improvements projects, inventory ordering and control, vendor relationships, and policy & procedures, within budget
• Develop efficient communication protocols and administrative procedures
• Plan and coordinate events, from large company-wide events, to small team building activities
• Oversee the annual administration staffing plans to anticipate upcoming needs
• Oversee the onboarding process and orientation for all new employees
• Continuously coach and develop staff for optimal performance

Qualifications for the Administrative Office Manager:

• 5+ years of relevant experience is required
• Experience managing a team of Administrative Professionals
• HR experience is a strong plus
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, Concur, ADP and Salesforce
• Strong leadership, management, written and verbal communication skills are a must

Education Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED is required
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
