Atrium Staffing Hiring for Property Manager at Weymouth, MA Full Time

Our client is a minority-owned company. They are in the fields of management, development, and construction mostly in affordable housing and they are seeking a Property Manager to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$75,000

Position Overview:

The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the management functions of an assigned affordable housing development. This Property Manager position requires the coordination of a wide variety of services to assure resident satisfaction and the on-going viability of the development.

Responsibilities of the Property Manager:

• Supervise and assure implementation of all maintenance functions relating to the property including vacant unit preparation, preventative maintenance program, timely and efficient work order program, physical inspections as per maintenance plan, and compliance with regulating agency requirements
• Collect bids and proposals for completion of physical work in developments including supervision of same and oversee purchasing functions for the project
• Supervise all aspects of monitoring agency compliance including proper recertification and interim recertification procedures and coordinate annual unit inspections
• Coordinate unit turnover procedures including applicant interviews and new resident orientation
• Supervise implementation of waiting list procedures, and assure that marketing program is sufficient in order to minimize vacancy loss
• Oversee rent collection, delinquency, and eviction procedures
• Review and oversee the generation of operating reports and subsidy vouchers
• Assist Area Manager in the development of the project’s annual operating budget

Qualifications for the Property Manager:

• Must have affordable residential experience in a supervisory role
• Must know how to complete recertifications in the state of MA

Education Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED is required
