ATT employs apprentices in the Plumbing, Gasfitting, Drainlaying and Electrical sectors nationwide. The nitty gritty
You will take ownership to ensure that any potential candidates who are looking for an apprenticeship are transitioned into our recruitment system as quickly and smoothly as possible. This will mean identifying high caliber apprentice candidates, having robust conversations with them, and working with them to provide the documentation required in a timely manner to ensure the potential apprentice remains engaged in the overall recruitment and apprenticeship placement process.
You will need to be confident and a great listener, while you guide the potential apprentice on a life changing journey – igniting their career. Your resilience and sense of purpose will set you up for success in this role.
Previous experience in administration and/or recruitment would round all that off nicely!
