Our ICT platform is a hybrid environment and our work supports the DHB’s collective aim of improving healthcare outcomes for the nearly two million people who live in our communities. We support the Covid response and you will be a valuable contributor to our response. Our focus is on modernising and strengthening core ICT foundations, simplifying the applications landscape, improving data sharing and interoperability, and working as a capable region.
We are currently hiring for a number of Service Desk Analyst’s – permanent staff , Fixed Term and as casual employees You will be Penrose based with some work from home flexibility. We have a vibrant, busy team – come and join us!

This requirement results from healthAlliance being a provider of services to the health sector, meaning that many of our staff interact closely with staff from (and at) DHBS. Further, in the event of incidents and emergencies, our Connect building must be available for DHB staff to use as a backup site. As a result, all of our staff are required to be vaccinated against COVID 19 under the COVID-19 Public Health Response (Vaccinations) Order 2021.
