In the Customer Services space we’re on a journey to change the way we deliver services to our customers and have a number of new and exciting roles to help us along this journey.

Our contact centre manages a wide variety of customer interactions with some of the duties including;
We have a passion and drive to deliver easy customer journeys for Tamaki Makaurau through creating safe, helpful and easy ways for the public to connect with Auckland Transport. As a Customer Care Representative you will share our passion and be the voice of Auckland Transport!

In this role you will expected to provide excellent customer care to all customer enquiries, providing efficient, effective and accurate responses. Customer enquiries may be in the form of an inbound or outbound call, and/or a written inbound or outbound communication.
You will be a proactive and innovative thinker, helping manage the reputation of Auckland Transport by alerting/escalating trending information and communicating approved content and in customer appropriate manner.

Please note if you are successful in this role you will need to be available to start on the 11th July and commit to a 4 week full-time training programme Monday-Friday, after this you will then commence on rostered shifts.
