What you will do . . .

• Prepare and process sales and service purchase orders, bills of sale, price sheets, invoices, etc.
• Enter data, manage, and reconcile filing systems
• Assist with vehicle marketing and showroom merchandising
• Photograph vehicles and create vehicle listing descriptions
• Occasionally welcome guests by phone and in person in a friendly and inviting manner
• Source and post features + photos for website and social media
• Track vehicle inventory physical locations

What you will need to be part of our great team . . .

• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office Word + Excel
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including superb telephone demeanor
• Well organized and consistent – can be relied upon to complete ongoing responsibilities
• Flexible and open to change and taking on other tasks as needed

· Warm, energetic and positive personality

• Professional appearance aligned with representing a luxury brand
• One year of reception and/or office administration related experience preferred
