About The Team
The Audible Digital Asset Management (ADAM) team is responsible for the critical infrastructure that powers the encoding and publishing of audio, image, and other assets that bring audiobooks to life. Our team manages the complex process of receiving and processing assets from publishers through various channels, utilizing automated workflows to ensure efficiency and quality. We develop and maintain systems for automated issue detection, e-book and audiobook synchronization, audio encoding, and more – all while also providing essential tooling support for the Audio Production team. ADAM plays a crucial role in publishing encoded audio, assets, and metadata to various marketplaces, enabling consumption across supported audio players.
