AuroMedics is a generic injectables company that has built its business and offerings around servicing our customers’ needs. Our strategy is to focus on producing excellent products, customizing procurement solutions, and expanding our portfolio into niche and specialized categories. Since inception in 2011, it has been our mission to make buying injectables an experience customers look forward to.
We leverage the vertical integration of our parent company Aurobino Pharma. This competitive advantage allows us to have more control over the supply chain process compared to many of our competitors. We are proud to offer broad portfolio of high quality injectables predominately utilized in acute care hospital settings as well as outpatient institutions. Our portfolio targets include: in demand, off-patent injectables, ANDA products, and products often found on the FDA drug shortage list.
AuroMedics’ major focus is growth expansion of our product line offerings for the upcoming fiscal years. Our goal is to launch one to two products per month, as we continue to anticipate the needs of our growing customer base.
Job Overview:
In this position the Senior Analyst, Supply Chain will support the day to day supply chain activities of the Injectable business. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of inventory systems, logistics, ERP systems, and accounting concepts.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review warehouse inventory data
Perform inventory scrutiny and reconciliation
Perform the supply chain demand planning analysis for all the plants./supply units.
Co-ordinate the VRS and EPCIS PRoject work
Prepare and maintain master data for DSCSA Serialization
Communicate and respond to VRS and EPCIS Query
Prepare supply chain data on product movement and analysis – Inbound and outbound shipments
Auditing invoices and customs duty and tax bills and assisting with documentation
Collecting, analyzing and reporting on inbound / outbound KPI’s (APL and AMP)
Assisting with Supply-Chain development projects in general and improvement projects for the US market
Review PO Price Variance and perform PO short closure
Maintain the TGW / Exception handling register
Analysis FTS on monthly basis to provide support / analysis in prioritization
Track the API and Key PPM supply status including NPL in the current pipeline for ready to launch
Maintain the IMS data library for supply chain analysis
Qualifications – Skills & Requirements:
Good communication skills – written and oral
Excellent computer skills
Detail-oriented, well organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Must be able to work in the US without requiring sponsorship

Education & Experience:
BA/BS in Supply Chain or Finance
3 – 5 Years of supply chain experience in pharmaceuticals
