We have just been instructed on a fantastic role for an Assistant Project Manager with one of the leading professional Project Management consultancies in Tauranga.

It would suit a mentally agile, ambitious graduate from a Building Science, Engineering, Construction/Project Management background who has between 1 – 3 years experience in a construction, property, design or engineering consultancy.

You will be required to provide support to Senior Project Managers and Directors along with; assistance in the preparation of reports and presentations, liaising with key project stakeholders and other consultants, contract and construction management of major projects in the $20M+ range.

Ideal attributes and experience;

• A property, construction, architectural or engineering qualification from a recognised tertiary institution.
• The ability to confidently interact with professionals at all levels of business.
• 1 – 3 years post graduate industry experience.
• Familiar with property, legal and project management terminology.
• Excellent time management.
• Strong initiative.
• Computer literate.
