What You Will Be Doing

Working as part of a committed team of receptionists you will be the first-point of call for all of our patients as they arrive at the 24HS. You will meet customer service needs with an understanding of equitable outcomes within the healthcare sector. You will:

• Provide excellence customer service by welcoming patients; demonstrating your interpersonal and communication skills
• Undertake data entry and other administrative duties including filing and banking
• Book appointments and co-ordination of house visits
• Conduct identity verification, taking payments invoicing
