Qualifications & Experience Requirements for Scheduler:
- Previous Experience as a Scheduler preferred
- Answer telephone, make appointments, run errands, take and deliver messages, etc. as directed, ensure outgoing mail is ready for pick up at the designated tines, file incident/accident reports in accordance with established policies, assist in preparing timecard and distributing payroll checks as necessary, type letters, reports statements, minutes of meeting , agendas etc…
