Responsibilities would include:

· Reception and switchboard

· General administrative functions

· Scanning of documents and records

· Electronic filing

· Compiling of client packages (both paper and electronically)

· Efiling returns with CRA

Competencies required:

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Proficiency with computers and experience with MS Word and Excel

· Excellent communication and customer service skills
