• Starting pay $14.50/hour with the ability to make up to $15.00/hour after training
• Graves shift starts at $15.50/hour with the ability to make up to $16.00/hour after training

What You’ll Do:

• Process alarm signals quickly, accurately and professionally in stressful situations
• Dispatch the proper authorities, verify that help is on the way and notify responsible parties
• Place accounts on test mode and assist service/installers with signal tests
• Accurately document all responses for the alarm on the computer
• Learn and use new software to complete multiple tasks

Skills Needed:

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm
• Willing to work 1 weekend day per week and help out on holidays
• Ability to make a 6 month commitment to work here
• Must be able to pass a 2 week fully-paid training class
• College experience is preferred, but not required
• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
• Pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
