Job Description

The main function of this role is to assist Team Lead/Production Supervisor in ensuring production is carried out efficiently to quality standards and safety procedures.

The main duties and responsibilities:
Lead safety from a line perspective.

First point of contact for line troubleshooting.

Support to any in-line Quality issues.

Actively support line improvements.

Ensure completion of relevant daily, weekly, monthly, and annual planned maintenance.

Training new team members.

Support ERP system (consumption and material verification)

Quality sport checks and sign offs.

Paperowrk reviewing.

Support the tem/work on the line.

Cover Team Lead abscence.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Focus on Safety.

Strong leadership skills.

Attention to detail.

Ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Good level of computer literacy.
