Qualifications
* *High school or equivalent (Preferred)*
* *One-year of experience in the optical field is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.*

Our optometry office is looking for an experienced, full-time optician/optometric technician. Compensation varies on experience.

Job Summary:
* Frame and lens – selection/styling, dispensing/adjust/verifying frames, inventory/ordering and pricing frames, manage frame displays/maintain dispensary,
* Contact lenses – Dispense, insertion/removal CL training, contact lens trials and ordering.
* Verify, explain patient’s insurance, other administrative duties,
* Prepare examination, pre-test rooms, and pre-tests, light house keeping
* Perform tests and imaging for patients

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong computer skills.
* Ability to multi task efficiently.
* Interest in building and contributing new ideas and a team player.
* Humor is highly encouraged

Schedule:
* Monday to Friday (flexible)
* No weekends
* 8 hr shift
