Oversee the preparation and cleanliness program for entire restaurant during overnight shift (11pm-6am)

This includes:

equipment maintenance

prepare food for next day

rotation of food

food safety checklists

cleaning schedules for overall restaurant

Looking for a self starter

Ability to be given structure but freedom to work on their own

Ability to make own schedule that fits the business needs
