• Communicate effectively with clients through phone, email, and other communication channels to understand their needs and preferences
• Research and stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry updates to provide the most relevant information to clients
• Manage reservations, changes, cancellations, and other travel-related inquiries promptly and efficiently
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by offering personalized service and attention to detail
• Collaborate with travel partners and suppliers to negotiate deals, discounts, and special offers for clients

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary
• Willing to become proficientin using travel booking platforms and software
• Develop a strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and travel regulations
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
