Reporting directly to Commercial Broker Team Leader, the successful applicant main responsibilities will involve;
Your Profile
APA CL (Essential), with commitment to work toward CIP
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in general insurance of customer service, claims, underwriting or sales, with an interest in developing a strong knowledge of Commercial Products and Underwriting criteria
Proven ability to deliver on challenging business targets
Show a high degree of flexibility when faced with new challenges
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain effective relations with brokers
Ability to decide the best course of action based on analysis of factual information, experience and judgement
Proven ability to prioritise workload and deliver on objectives
Excellent team player
