Axalta operates its business in two operating segments: Performance Coatings and Transportation Coatings, serving four end markets, including: Refinish, Industrial, Light Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle, across the following four regions: North America, EMEA, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Market segmentation
- Branding
- Business intelligence
- Sales reports, customer surveys
- Press releases
- Assists in implementing etablished marketing plans.
- Administers programs and assists in the development of overall plans and programs
- Supervises customer service team
- Maintains ongoing relationships with key customers and interfaces with sales staff on a regular basis.
- Serves as a liaison between sales, supply chain/logistics, and manufacturing staffs, and communication with customer on activities.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications
- Business to business marketing experience
- Highly organized, detailed-oriented professional able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Highly collaborative team player
- Ability to learn new programs and software quickly
- Ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues and partners
- Microsoft Office experience required
