A receptionist is a professional who is responsible for performing various administrative duties within an office setting. They typically sit in the main lobby area of an office and are the first person who guests see upon visiting the office space. Receptionists are responsible for several different tasks including providing assistance throughout the office for all departments including payables, receivables and payroll.

For this position receptionist duties will include (but are not limited to) answering phones, routing and delivering mail, greeting guests and assisting where needed.

Data entry responsibilities for this position includes accounts receivable processing, accounts payable processing, reporting and maintaining paperwork.

A can-do attitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn are huge pluses for this position. If the applicant shows a propensity for social media there may be opportunities to assist the company in social media management in the future.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
