About the roles

We are looking for talented and experienced Salespeople to join our Beauty team. We have two exciting opportunities available:

Manage the Estee Lauder Counter, working Tuesday – Saturday 37.5 hours per week

Manage the Clarins Counter, working Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 23.5 hours per week

For either of these standalone positions, the successful applicants will use their genuine caring manner and passion for all things beauty to exceed customer expectations. They will have the confidence to provide that one on one service, enjoy building customer relationships and making every customer feel special.

Key responsibilities:

• Generating sales and achieving KPIs through welcoming service and expert product knowledge
• Assisting with the day-to-day operational activities within the department, using initiative to keep on top of tasks, ensuring the area is kept well-presented and stocked.

Whilst previous beauty retail experience is desirable, product training will be provided for the successful candidates. What is really important is that you bring proven sales and customer focused experience to the roles.

Successful Candidate

You will:

• Have a strong sales background and a demonstrated commitment to achieving sales targets
• Be a professional who takes pride in their standard of work and customer care
• Have superb communication skills, be confident and have a bubbly personality
• Be highly organised
• Be passionate about the beauty industry
• Work well in a team as well as independently
