Support Service Specialist III-Document Scanner – Jersey City, NJ
Summary:
- Scan documents
- Create courier labels
- Process Transactions
- Monitor queues
- And others as assigned
Responsibilities:
- May be required to perform a variety of customer service and/or office support functions in a high volume environment for both internal and external customers.
- Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Works under general supervision.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
- Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 4 or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
