Client Services Representative I
Los Angeles Metropolitan Area (Remote/Hybrid Preferred)
12-Month Contract: W2 Consultants Only

The Client Service Representative will perform complex client-facing duties which include opening accounts, resolving problems, processing transactions, and servicing loans.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries or complaints received through phone calls, correspondence, and/or face-to-face contact with clients concerning the bank’s products or services.
• Review and research requests or problems obtaining necessary information from policies, procedures, or practices.
• Coordinate problem resolution with appropriate departments.
• Inform customers of standard procedures or resolution of problems.
• Follow up, either verbally or in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Determine the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the company.
• Provide feedback to sales, quality assurance, and product management.
• Compile information, prepare reports and/or summaries, and submit them for review.
• Recommend changes to existing policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance to less experienced representatives.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or an equivalent of 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• In-Depth Knowledge of company policies, procedures, practices, products, operations, and services.
• Proficient with standard office equipment and required software applications to produce correspondence, reports, electronic communication, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Sufficient mathematical abilities to process and balance daily business transactions.
• Great written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with external and internal clients.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Provide courteous and timely customer service when addressing client issues and transactions.
• Use good judgment in responding to complex client issues.
• Coach staff on client services issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
