Bar-Tech Enterprises Ltd is a leading distributor of cutting tools for the metal manufacturing industry. Serving Southern Ontario for over 20 years, we are dedicated to offering exceptional customer service through the Quoting, Sale, and Delivery process.

Customer Service Representative:

• This is a permanent full time role responsible for complete order desk duties including processing customer orders. You’ll use multiple order entry systems internally and via customer specific portals. You’ll also communicate internally and externally via email, and phone. while working closely with customers and our sales team.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education and/or sales experience
• Strong computer and mathematical skills
• Experienced in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel with an aptitude for learning new software
• Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills.
• Has a strong attention to detail; exceptional communication skills (written & verbal)
• Ability to multi-task.
• People skills
• Experience working in a small office; ability and willingness to be cross trained to perform other duties

Knowledge of cutting tools and machining supplies is an asset
