Purpose:

Assist Claim Admin Team by ensuring that witness presence statements meet VCF criteria. The Witness Presence Statement Coordinator will communicate with witnesses to complete and revise witness presence statements. The Witness Presence Statement Coordinator will draft witness presence statements and POP cover letters. The Witness Presence Statement Coordinator will ensure that each witness presence statement meets VCF criteria in order to avoid Missing Information Letters and claim denials.

Job Responsibilities

· Monitor and manage daily tasks

· Obtain witness presence statements from new witnesses

o Interview witnesses over the phone to obtain the information for their witness presence statement

o Draft witness presence statement that will meet VCF and WTCHP criteria

· Revise insufficient witness presence statements

o Speak with witnesses who have already completed witness statements to obtain additional information

o Draft updated witness presence statement based that will meet VCF and WTCHP criteria

· Draft cover letters for newly obtained POP

· Review each claim and POP on file prior to reaching out to witnesses to ensure accuracy and avoid confusion

· Communicate with Claim Administrators about the details of each claim and any questions that arise after review

· Update client salesforce page to include witness contacts

· Prioritize time-sensitive tasks, such as claims with bench memos or open Missing Information letters

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per hour
