Partner Launch Manager Wilmington

As a Barclays Partner Launch Manager, you will provide leadership, governance and oversight for the end-to-end delivery of Partner Launches, Refreshes, and Conversion programs for the US Consumer Bank. You will be ultimately accountable for ensuring high quality business, partner, and customer focused outcomes are delivered on time, within budget and in a controlled manner. You will also be focusing on non-technical functional areas and integrating key technical dependencies.

What will you be doing?

• You will be in conjunction with the Launch Director, effectively plan, lead, and manage overall partner launch and conversion programs across all bank functions • You will manage complex delivery components, resolving program issues with corrective action plans, and stakeholder management • You will support program compliance requirements, ensuring timely delivery of all our business governance and approval policies • You will support overall budget tracking efforts by managing costs • You will ensure the program is resourced appropriately across functions and business areas; providing sufficient capacity and appropriate skillset to deliver the program • You will ensure the delivery of new products or services meets quality requirements, is within budget and in accordance with the program plan

What we’re looking for:

• Extensive business experience preferably in partner credit cards with an understanding of marketing and operations processes • Project Management experience, with a focus on new partner or product launches, managing budgets, and resource allocations and excellent problem solving skills • Excellent communication skills with the ability to think quickly and package ideas/ results in an understandable and compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences • Intelligent risk taker, someone who challenges the status quo and seeks best-in-class business and customer focused outcomes
