We have some exciting opportunities available at Barking and Dagenham College. We are looking for motivated and learner- centered Student Onboarding Assistant to join our team, who has a flexible approach to their work, with eye for detail.
Working within the admission and onboarding team, the purpose of this role is to provide an efficient, customer service focussed and data compliant service to admit and onboard applicants to BDC.
This role will assess applications, support interviews and assessments, make offers, support students through the enrolment process and provide customer service to applicants to support their admission, from initial application through to induction. The post holder will be required to have excellent customer service skills, be able to communicate with learners of all abilities including those with a low level of English, via a range of methods
