Baskin-Robbins Hiring for Baskin Robbins Crew Member at Gladstone, OR Full Time

The crew member is vital to the operation of every Baskin Robbins store. With an emphasis on friendly and inviting customer service, our crew members scoop ice cream, blend milkshakes, create sundaes for customers. Crew members also help with moving tubs, making waffle cones, cleaning the store, and other miscellaneous tasks.
Crew members are encouraged to improve their store knowledge and relative skillset to become eligible for placement in a cake decorator, shift lead, or manager position. Ability to lift 30 pounds, stand on feet entire shift, scoop and serve, basic math skills, ability to operate register, and English proficiency.

Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists

Provide excellent customer service

Scoop quickly and accurately serving customers with our ___ (e.g. “1-2-3 policy”), create orders according to recipes.

Dress according to code.

Follow all safety guidelines and laws Till Teamwork, promote respectful, drama-free, and friendly work environment.

Pay: $14.75 per hour
