Job Description

• A top 10 Award winning downtown bed and breakfast is seeking part-time or full time seasonal front desk receptionists from mid-May to the end of October. Hiring for both morning and afternoon shifts. Good pay determined by experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare folios for guest check-in.
• Greet guests and check them in and take them to their room.
• Process reservations taken on inn’s online reservation system.
• Answer phones and take reservations and direct calls.
• Answer questions and provide general local information about restaurants etc.
• Process guest payments and check guests out at the end of their stay.
• Keep the office and lobby neat and organized.
• Maintain the refreshment area as well as the local brochure display.

Experience, Skills, Education

• Front Desk experience preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
• Candidates need to be professional and willing to be a positive part of our hospitality team. A friendly hardworking attitude is a must.
• Looking for dependable individuals with strong organizational and communication skills. Must be able to manage details accurately and professionally.
• Must be able to deliver excellent quality customer service.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
