Bass Murphy & Partners is looking for an experienced and highly motivated administrative professional to join a firm that prides themselves on exceptional client services. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support to our office manager and the rest of the staff as required. A reliable individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills is necessary to contribute to this dynamic team environment.
Roles and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
· Greeting and corresponding with clients and other guests in a highly professional and service-oriented manner
· Answer, coordinate and screen correspondence/calls and inquiries internally and externally
· Photocopy, scan and print documents
· Handling sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner
· Opens and distributes mail
· Organizes and maintains files
· Orders supplies
· Other tasks as required
Skills and Qualifications:
· Punctual and reliable
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and work towards strict deadlines
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Self-motivated
· Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
· Proficient at Microsoft Office applications
· The ability to prioritize and balance responsibilities
· A highly professional presentation and friendly demeanor
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment
· Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
