Batesville is looking for a Digital Customer Experience Associate to join our team. As a Digital Customer Experience Associate you will focus on how customers experience and interact with Batesville’s digital platform – Batesville Connect™. The position will assist with the development and execution of customer segment marketing strategies and tactics. Responsibilities include project management, collaboration with marketing communication designers and resources, writing and content development for various print and digital marketing collateral. You will also assist the Digital Customer Experience Manager with developing necessary presentations and training materials for marketing and sales team, maintain promotional material inventory, and assist with planning meetings.

How You will make an Impact:
· The primary objective is to create the best customer experience in relation to the Batesville brand and by bridging digital gaps that occur between the customer, product, or brand which will ultimately drive additional growth through our eCommerce platform.
Basic Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree (B.S. /B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related discipline
· Minimum of 2-3 years related experience in a digital marketing, digital customer experience or communications role; or equivalent combination of education and experience with an emphasis in digital marketing or digital customer experience.
