This Warehouse Material Handler Midnightss supports the Filling and Subassembly departments with delivery of materials. Printing daily picklist and ensuring FIFO is followed when organizing materials. The Warehouse MH needs to build strong relationships with departments to ensue timely delivery.

Responsibilities:
Main job focus day to day

Line support – The material handlers print a picklist at the beginning of every day. This picklist will give them the WIP and Raw material requirement needed by production for the day. They need to us the AS400 to find the oldest lot in the racks and deliver before the end of their shift. All items are delivered to cover the next shift. Day shift picks for afternoons etc.. They must be able to prioritize their day to ensure no lines run out of material. The material handler must be a certified reach truck driver.

Will be expected to learn the following as a back up roll.

Packing support – The material handlers on all shifts are responsible for removing, scanning and storing all of the Finished goods from Packline#1, Packline#2 and PPB packing. They must ensure the product is wrapped safely. The product must be scanned into GME. Operates three machine wrappers and three label applicators. They are also responsible for delivering skids to the line and loading in the skid palletizer.

Shipping – Staging the room for shipping. Loading trailers and preparing paperwork for each load. The shipper will need to ensure weights and label quantities are accurate before loading on to trailers. Strong communication required between the shipper and our 3PL.

Receiving support – The MH float position will be responsible for receiving of all materials into the facility utilizing GME, Coupa and Maximo. Product will be inspected, received and labelled. Once released the MH will put the items away into the facility warehouse in the designate locations.

Cycle count – Monthly and Daily cycle counts will be required to support 100% accuracy of Warehouse

Education and Experience:
Completion of High School Diploma or GED

1+ years of experience in fast-paced environment

Demonstrated good attendance in present position

Demonstrated good performance & good quality in present position

Detailed oriented

Ability to collaborate with a team and work with little supervision

Strong communication skills

Demonstrated basic level proficiency with the following computer applications: EBR & JDE & Kronos

Equipment and tools required are: Reach and Counterbalance Truck
