BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position ofFull-Time Clinical Managerfor two of ourYorktown, VA Medicare Certified senior living offices. We provide the best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients living in communities that include assisted living, independent living, senior congregate living, 55+ communities, and intermediate care facilities.

As a Nurse Manager your day may look like this!

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care to residents in senior living communities.

• Visit our adult and geriatric clients for supervisor/assessment visits inYorktown, VA, and other surrounding areas/counties.

• Supervise a team of field nurses and therapists.

• Facilitate new hire orientation and training of new nurses and therapists.

• Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.

RN Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.

• Acute, med/surge, and/or sub-acute experience preferred.

• Prior supervisory experience a plus

• Comprehensive knowledge of OASIS and the Medicare Conditions of Participation for Home Health

• Demonstrated success working independently while taking on increased responsibilities

• Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

• Prior experience with electronic medical record documentation and reporting systems
