Bayleys in the North Looking for at Full Time

Bayleys Mangawhai are seeking an admin superstar. This role will appeal to someone with strong IT skills, combined with exceptional organisational ability. You will also need great people skills – able to work closely with multiple sales agents while representing the company in a front-line position. 

Working alongside another real estate administrator in the business, this position plays a critical role in the day-to-day running of a busy and successful team, where great communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and an energetic and pro-active approach are crucial. 

You will have advanced Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills. While some previous experience with real estate specific software would be an advantage, this is not a requirement as training will be provided.

Not for the faint-hearted as it will be busy, but we promise you will never get bored and we’ll have some fun along the way.
