The Client Service Team Assistant, under the direction of the Client Service Manager, handles client and employee care and service inquiries, documents caller’s information, confirms client care service changes, assists with client intake data entry and reception switchboard coverage as required. This is a hybrid position requiring a combination of in-office and remote work. It is expected that this position will return to in-office work in the Mississauga office at some time in the future.

Education
Minimum – Secondary School Diploma. Completion of a recognized Program, such as Medical Office Assistant, and/or a Medical Terminology course is preferred.

Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills; proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team; ability to meet deadlines and strong commitment to continual learning; demonstrated competency in keyboarding and Windows scheduling software; ability to operate all standard office equipment; proficiency in written and spoken English. Minimum 30 w.p.m. typing speed required. Internal candidates must have a demonstrated track record of achievement in dealing with clients and employees and have demonstrated above average initiative. Successful internal candidates must complete a six-month probationary period specific to the Client Service Team Assistant position.
