The BCFMA is currently looking for a permanent, full-time Enrolment Officer to join the team in our Victoria office.

What can I expect as an Enrolment Officer?*
As the entry point into the BC Family Maintenance Enforcement Program, the Enrolment Officer is responsible for processing new and ongoing case files for enrolment in a manner which ensures effective communication about the Program and provides outstanding client service. As the successful candidate, you will be a part of a diverse and inclusive team with opportunities for personal and professional growth. We also provide comprehensive training in a positive learning environment.
You can expect to use your organizational, problem solving and communication skills to anticipate client needs and maximize professional client service. In addition, the ability to adapt to multiple demands and shifting priorities will contribute to your success in the role.

The starting salary for this position is $39,273 per year. This is a unionized position and is covered by the BCGEU/BCFMA collective agreement.
