We are looking for an individual with excellent data entry skills to provide support to the warehouse operations.

JOB SUMMARY/SCOPE OF POSITION
The position provides data entry and clerical support for the daily activities in the warehouse operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data entry and system processing of material shipments, work orders, inbound material receipts; inventory transfers and adjustments; and scrap transactions and customer returns.
• Proofread packing slips, inspection reports, purchase orders and material certifications.
• Review inventory reports and reconcile discrepancies.
• Report truck mileage and weights.
• Expedite orders and provide internal and external customer service.
• Match, scan, and file paperwork.
• Work on special projects.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent data entry skills with a high-level of accuracy and detail is required for this position.
• Customer service and experience directly related to the duties of the position strongly preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Outlook.
