Beacon Hill of Minnesota is staffing for a nationwide company and are seeking reliable Call Center Representatives! These roles are fully remote and will be answering calls regarding rental assistance relief program questions. Pay Rate: $16-$17 per hour depending on experience Hours: 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm (dependent on what time zone you sit in), Monday through Friday Job Duties Include (but not limited to): *Answer incoming calls inquiring about general program questions *Qualify information regarding candidates’ applications that are in process *Provide answers and direction on next steps in process of application *Approach calls with high level of empathy and confident communication *Other duties assigned Job Qualifications: *6 months of call center experience *Must be able to use own equipment (PC – Windows interface, reliable internet, and wired headset) *Ability to meet client requirements *Ability to work full time with some overtime available Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
