client, an AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a healthcare attorney with 3+
years of experience to assist their team.

• Location: Remote (candidates must be licensed and reside in one
  of the following states: California, Washington, or Oregon)

• Start: ASAP

• Duration: 6+ months (concurrent employment not permitted)

• Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Qualifications:

• Actively licensed and in good standing in the U.S. jurisdiction
  where you reside: California, Washington, or Oregon.
• 3+ years of experience as a healthcare attorney.
• Experience in the following areas required:
  • Healthcare regulatory work, including physician contracting,
    hospital operations, HIPAA, and healthcare vendor/supply chain
    contracting.
  • Medical staff bylaws interpretation and application, including
    credentialing and regulatory compliance.
  • Conducting fair hearings and managing adverse actions against
    medical staff.
  • In-house experience within hospital medical staff offices would
    be a plus.
  • California regulatory knowledge, especially related to the
    corporate practice of medicine.
• Comfortable working in high-volume, sensitive environments where
  quick yet accurate counsel is required.
