QM Specialist

The following position is open in Jalisco, Mexico.

• Business continuity in terms of production delivered & following of Quality assurance
• Professional growth in the implementation and evaluation of quality systems to produce agave in field
• Increase skills for implementation in a lean manufacturing system for field

Role Responsibilities

• Audit phytosanitary conditions in agave production
• Prepare weekly reports of findings in agave production for corrective actions
• Audit Quality process in agave production (Throughput)
• Coordinate plans for agave Quality Maintenance
• Training crew of agave production for Quality maintenance

Qualifications & Experience

Education- Agricultural Engineer or similar

Certifications/Licensure- Plant breeding, plant protection, parasitology, agricultural production systems

Years of experience- 3 years
