Who You Are: We are seeking an aggressively creative, highly motivated, and innovative Social Media and TikTok Shop Growth Strategist and manager to oversee and drive meteoric success of our TikTok Shop. Divine Derriere has become the #100 Bodycare brand on TikTok Shop and is on track to become a top 100 TikTok Shop product overall and looking for the right person to lead the way. This role will be pivotal in shaping our brand’s presence on TikTok and Instagram, focusing on engaging and viral-worthy content creation.

Your Responsibilities and Expectations

Content Creation and Management:

• Create, edit, and manage both organic and paid video content specifically tailored for TikTok and Instagram, including Stories, Reels, IGTV, and TikTok videos.
• Craft and execute a TikTok content strategy aligned with Beautiste’s brand voice, values, and marketing goals.
• Drive creative ideas and shape compelling narratives that lead to high-quality, engaging video content.

Collaboration and Creator Management:

• Curate, direct, and collaborate with creators at scale to ensure they consistently produce exceptional videos that convert.
• Manage retained creators for ongoing non-affiliate-based UGC retainers.
• Oversee a roster of TikTok Live creators, ensuring they have all necessary resources to succeed at scale.

Social Media Strategy and Growth:

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and acquire new TikTok affiliates and brand customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with social media influencers and creators to expand brand reach and engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, changes, and shopping features to identify new opportunities and implement strategies accordingly.

Advertising and Analytics:

• Oversee TikTok advertising campaigns, manage creative libraries, and collaborate with the broader social advertising team to achieve brand-wide growth and profitability goals.
• Direct experience with TikTok advertising, GMV Max, and creative library management.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports on growth, engagement, and sales.

Platform and Storefront Management:

• Oversee merchandising, promotions, product listing health, and inventory planning for the TikTok Shop storefront to maximize sales.
• Build annual goals, growth projections, marketing needs, and inventory forecasts to fuel growth on TikTok Shop.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate cross-functionally with digital marketing, merchandising, finance, and operations teams to align social media strategies with broader business objectives.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare and maintain periodic reports on social media performance and growth.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ proven experience in DTC growth, creator management, social commerce, or a related field
• Deep understanding of influencer marketing and paid social strategies
• Has experience in using video and photo editing tools
• Proficiency with social media analytics tools to track and report performance metrics.
• Experience with TikTok trends, features, and dynamics
• Hands-on experience in influencer collaborations, particularly on TikTok
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously
• Strong content writing skills, especially for briefs with impactful hooks
• Effective project management and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for social media and emerging digital technologies
• Creative storytelling skills with the ability to conceptualize and produce engaging video content
• Fast learner, eager to adapt as we build the future of e-commerce and functional body care
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field preferred
