Behavioral Health Choices, a mental health provider with locations in King of Prussia, Wayne and Warrington, PA is looking for a medical receptionist at our King of Prussia office. The ideal candidate will have medical receptionist experience and/or customer service experience or is pursuing a degree in the mental health field.

PERSONAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

Strong attention to detail and organization.

Exceptional organization skills / ability to multitask

Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle patient issues in a professional manner

Ability to work independently but understand how to be a team member

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

Computer skills required

EDUCATIONAL / WORK REQUIREMENTS

Prior work experience in customer care, doctor’s office, home care agency or medical facility preferred. Students pursuing a psychology/counseling degree are also encouraged to apply.
