Responsibilities

• Answer, direct, support, and resolve incoming calls – NO COLD CALLING!
• Schedule, review, and confirm incoming appointments for service, repair, plumbing, sales, etc.
• Track customer interactions and transactions using organized, effective, and concise documentation within the customer database
• Schedule and dispatch field team members to qualified jobs
• Shifts are Mon-Fri 9:30-6:30 p.m. Tues-Saturdays may become a possibility, especially through Summer. Saturdays are 8-5.

Qualification

• Ability to perform work on-site. This is not a remote position
• 2+ years Customer Service experience
• Telecommunications experience/phone skills
• High proficiency typing skills and attention to details
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
• Ability to navigate multiple applications and systems while on the phone with customers, and complete all required data entry prior to finishing the call
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required; Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
