Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Remote

OVERVIEW: Administrative Assistant reports to the General Counsel and is responsible for providing computer administrative support in defense of consumer claims and lawsuits, and in managing contracts

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Write and respond to emails, correspondence, telephone and other communications
• Assist in reviewing and comparing contracts and bid opportunities
• Process invoicing for outside counsel and insurers
• Provide word-processing and secretarial support
