Bennett’s Fish Shack opened our first location in 2010 and our second in 2011. We are a thriving family owned pair of restaurants located on the beautiful Washington Coast in both the City of Westport and the City of Ocean Shores. We have the most amazing team of people that make all of this magic happen. We are looking for honest, reliable, hard working people that want to join this team and grow with us, team members who want to become leaders in this industry! Our pay structure is unique in that we are 100% tip pool over a two week period. All of our team members are cross trained to work in different positions which creates a great work environment and very strong team. All team members must be 21. Pay and hours vary on experience, however once someone is trained and out of their probation period 6-8 weeks they are making a very minimum of $25 an hour including our tip pool. Always opportunity for advancement. Must be available to work evenings, weekends and all holidays except Thanksgiving and Christmas. We are looking for full time employees and people that want to work OVERTIME! During the late fall and winter season we slow down a little and the team takes staycations and vacations.
