POSITION

Berluti, USA has an exciting opportunity for a Retail Sales Associate based in New York. The Sales Associate is crucial to the success of the business by acting as a brand ambassador and the direct link between the Berluti brand and its’ customers. Ensuring the highest level of customer service, you will uphold quality standards through an exceptional selling ceremony. You will develop a local and international client book with the ability to recruit and develop top clients.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will manage and drive sales strategy to achieve the best sales performance. This position will understand client desire and assist in selecting and purchasing while displaying excellence in customer service. You will demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor and solve problems with positive outcomes.

PROFILE

We are eager to speak to individuals who have retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion and the Berluti brand. This individual will have the ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with people through communication, organization and follow-through skills. Fluency in English is a must and speaking a second language is a plus.
