The Business
We’re all about locally brewed beers at DSC, which is why you will only ever find beers from around the Dunedin region on our taps. Beers, Banter and Good Times. This bustling bar in the heart of the Octagon prides itself on being the place to go for an after work beer to the place you meet your friends on a Friday night. We’re fun, we’re creative and we’re up late!

The Role
We’re getting busier, and as such need some more help in the kitchen!
You will be required to work as efficiently as possible, in a busy team environment, so great communication skills will give you instant bonus points. We’ll start you off one of our sections but soon you’ll know the ropes of larder, fryer, grill and more!

Skills / Experience
Experience is preferred but not essential as we’ll teach you everything you need to know, so don’t be shy! All you need is a willingness to learn and a rocking good attitude. This is the perfect role for students or those who are passionate about the industry and want to increase their knowledge!

• A team player with positive leadership skills
• Proven experience in a fast paced high end kitchen environment
